Begin the New Years by taking time for yourself. This is by far my favourite event that I look forward to teaching. This can be life changing. 
We will starts of the morning with a calm morning yoga practice with hot towels and warm stones. After our practice we will relax and enjoy good company with mimosas and brunch.
We will then continue our morning with light breathing techniques, meditation, setting our intentions, while journaling our thoughts and aspirations. It's a beautiful process to help clear the mess and light your path for the upcoming year.
